We are searching for Springfield area patients to participate in a clinical study to research options for those diagnosed with Axial Spondyloarthritis. The goal of this study is to assess the effect of an investigational drug in patients with Axial Spondyloarthritis. If you are looking for a potential treatment option, then we ask for your help in researching this possibility!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the investigational drug vs placebo to reduce the signs and symptoms in adults with Axial Spondyloarthritis who have had an inadequate response to bDMARD-IR or with active non-radiologic Axial Spondyloarthritis. The study consists of 18 visits. At the completion of the 14-week or 52-week double-blind treatment period, subjects may be entered into a 90-week or 52-week open-label extension period with a total duration of up to 112 weeks (2 years) which will vary depending on qualifications. The investigational drug and all research study-related procedures, including MRI, X-Rays, labs and EKG’s, are provided to eligible participants at no cost. If you qualify to participate, compensation may be provided for your time and travel, which could be up to $125 per study visit.
