Clinvest is searching for qualified and motivated volunteers in the Southwest Missouri area. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate if a drug-free device is effective in reducing symptoms of episodic migraine. Participants will treat up to four migraine attacks, each with either an active device or a sham device. After treating four migraine attacks, participants may enter a 12-month, open-label extension, in which participants are provided active devices and, each month, are automatically prompted to report data about their migraine attacks, migraine-related medication use, and device treatment efficacy. Stage 1 of this study will consist of 2 office visits, 1 at-home teleconference, and 3 follow-up phone calls. Stage 2 will include 1 office visit, monthly questionnaires, and 1 teleconference at the end of the study. NCT# NCT05546385
